After death, the human soul will be in the realm of barzakh. Allah SWT says:

" Indeed, that is only a pretext that he utters. Before them is (the world of) separation until the Day they are resurrected.."

(Surah Al-Mu'minun: 100)

In the realm of barzakh, the human soul receives rewards based on its deeds in this world. For the soul of a believer and pious person, it enjoys peace and the mercy of Allah SWT. On the other hand, the soul of a disbeliever will face difficulties, as a reminder of greater punishment in the hereafter.

This situation emphasizes the importance of preparing ourselves with righteous deeds, such as increasing worship, maintaining human relationships, and avoiding sin. Death is not the end, but the beginning of eternal life.

Therefore, utilizing the time in this world to gather supplies for the afterlife is the key to facing the world of barzakh peacefully and happily. The time of our death is unknown. Therefore, every good deed done will determine our condition after death. Always increase good deeds and pray to Allah SWT to make the journey in the world of barzakh and the afterlife easier.

Death reminds us that this worldly life is only temporary. Make it an opportunity to gain the pleasure of Allah SWT and eternal peace.
